Personal Data Processed
Your full name, company name, phone number, email address, province/district, information about your workshop and message content submitted via the quote form; in addition, the date and time the form was submitted and a one-way hash of your IP address for the purpose of preventing misuse.

Collection Method
Your personal data is collected electronically through the quote form on our website, as submitted by you. Information you send us by phone, email and WhatsApp is processed for the same purposes.
Transfer
Your personal data may be shared, strictly limited to the purposes above, with the suppliers from whom we obtain website hosting and email services and, where there is a legal obligation, with authorised public institutions and organisations. If the servers of the email service used are located abroad, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention Period
Quote request records are retained from the conclusion of the request for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and for the period required for possible disputes; at the end of this period they are erased, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request its rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure or destruction when the relevant conditions are met; to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to object to any outcome to your detriment resulting from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage you suffer due to unlawful processing.
You can submit your applications in writing to our address above or to inter@interservis.com.tr, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. Applications are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
