Bulk oil tanks and filling lines in the oil room

Automatic Centralised Lubrication Systems

Lubrication points are fed automatically by a pump and distributors instead of by hand. We help you choose and supply the right RAASM system.

A centralised lubrication system delivers grease from a pump through distributors to each lubrication point in set quantities. RAASM's four systems differ by number of points and machine type.

The central oil distribution system that brings oil to the lifts in a workshop is a different system; you will find its page below.

Four Systems, Four Uses

Single-Line System

Small and medium fixed plants and mobile machines such as excavators, earth movers and wind turbines. Flow per point stays adjustable after installation.

Dual-Line System

Large plants and machines where lubrication points easily exceed a hundred.

Multi-Delivery System

Plants with few lubrication points; flow on each line is set by adjustable pumping elements.

Progressive System

Grease is shared out point by point through divider valves. 12/24 V DC, 230 V AC and air-operated pump options.

Before Choosing a System

  1. How many lubrication points are there and how far apart are they?
  2. Is the machine fixed or mobile?
  3. Which power supply is available: 12/24 V DC, 230/400 V AC or compressed air?
  4. What consistency (NLGI grade) is the grease?
