Oil Distribution and Collection Systems
Fresh oil distributed in metered quantities through a closed line from the tanks in the oil room to the vehicle lift, and used oil collected through a closed line as well and sent to the waste oil tank.
In a vehicle maintenance workshop, oil moves in two directions: fresh oil travelling from the tanks in the oil room to the workstation, and used oil drained from the vehicle and sent to the waste oil tank. When both flows are handled through a closed, well-organised line, the floor stays clean, oil losses are reduced and stock control becomes easier.
The systems in this group can be installed on their own, or we can plan the entire oil flow — from the oil room to the workstations and the waste oil tank — as a single project. To record dispensing operations and monitor tank levels, automation systems are added on top of this infrastructure.
